Social Marketing Manager
NORTHSIDE FESTIVAL

Northside Media is looking for an experienced and enthusiastic part-time social media and marketing manager with a knowledge of the music, culture and tech communities. This role will utilized Northside Festival's social channels in order to drive badge sales conversion and manage branded social promotion. The position will start part-time ASAP and lead up through the festival (June 7-11).

Goals:
Driving ticket sales strategy and conversion
Increasing brand awareness and following
Creating and populating social content across all channels
 

Responsibilities: 
Will work directly with the Director of Digital Marketing and Marketing Manager to understand company social media policies, voice, and best practices
Will work to share ticket links, editorial content and etc. on behalf of Northside Festival, with the goal of increasing page views
Will help drive ticket sales for all badges and paid McCarren shows
Will craft, schedule, and post content across platforms including Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Will help source relevant content to share via social, as well as research and execute social media growth strategies.
Will help compile/present social analytics, understanding which posts are converting to sales and adjusting strategy when needed.
Potential for on-the-ground live event social during Northside Festival with the Marketing Manager and Director of Digital Marketing
Identify influencers and other brands to share our content
Assisting with ad trafficking (includes: drafting creative and writing copy)
Tracking and analytics of relevant campaigns
Compensation:
$500/week for approximately 20/hours a week
Or monthly retainer of $2K for 20/hours a week, depending on commitment. 
$1000 bonus based on performance for surpassing badge/ticket sales goals.

Senior & Junior Sales Executives

Northside is seeking fill senior and junior level roles on the Sales team. We are looking for organized, enthusiastic, self-motivated individuals to come onboard and start driving new business opportunities across our media, event and agency properties. We want people who can build and maintain strong client relationships. We want people who get and love the industries of music, food and innovation. 

Roles and Responsibilities:
Manage a vital book of Northside business, from prospecting to closing
Maintain and build rapport with key decision makers
Sell integrated marketing programs to local and national clients that leverage the many facets of Northside Media's product suite and capability set
Maintain a robust pipeline and strong book of business
Stay current with industry trends, spending habits and forecasts
Build, maintain and document all activities in Salesforce RM software including daily weekly activities, pipeline and forecast
Oversee a seamless transfer of responsibilities to the Client Services team post-sale
Exceed activity, pipeline and revenue targets
Ad proofing and project oversight to ensure that client objectives are met
